The boss' friend.

One of the guys I work with was hired because he is a friend of the boss's. He used to work with him at some other company a few years ago. He's reasonably qualified I suppose, but you can tell that the boss likes him for more than his technical skills.

Last Tuesday boss man came by to hand out the paychecks. He had a little trouble finding the right check for his buddy and the buddy says, 'The boss is always right! Ha HA! That's rule number one. I guess I don't get a check this week! Ha!'

The guy is kind of a babbler so if that didn't make a whole lot of sense, well, that's how it was in real life.

I am actually surprised the Boss isn't embarrassed to have hired such a blatant brown-noser. Then again, he's that kind of leader, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
