People who abuse the word 'paradigm' need to stop. If you don't I will hunt you down and kill you. Same goes with 'Object Oriented'. You know who you are.
Perhaps what you need is an object-oriented paradigm shift. This is a bottom-up model of objects being more important than the owner, rather than the top-down model of personal development first. It's very Kaizan. Placing the consumed ahead of the consumer. Let's face it, your attitude isn't where it needs to be. Know who I am?
Damn! Whoever you are you know the lingo. I haven't had a kaizen in years . Im going to guess Craig or Terry as the poster on this. Either way, you got skillz bro. You could go far in the tech biz.
