Sticky Keys

I was pounding on my keyboard at work yesterday and I got some message box yapping about setting "Sticky Keys". I said no thanks. I was typing on my computer now and got the same thing. WTF? Is this a new thing or am I just getting lucky. Microsoft is out there trying to help me out I guess.
Speaking of which. Stop me if you have heard this one before:
