Bullshit. Everyone needs to know about this, it's just that good. Here is a tasty thing that is an excellent snack and a nice light lunch item.
Get a bagel or an English muffin. Toast it. Put some Mozzarrella on it. Put that in your Toaster Oven (or a real oven) and melt the Mozzarella. Put some tomato slices on top of that. Put some salt and pepper on top of that - to your taste. Yum! I find it delicious and I heartily recommend it to others. Its warm, tasty, easy... Just a good snack. I find it fun to make it and it's a pleasure to eat.
