Upcoming Movies.

There are a few movies coming out soon that sound interesting to me.
One is Zodiac. I think it is based on the book(s) by Robert Greysmith about the serial killer in San Fran during the late 60's early 70's. They never caught the guy and he sent letters to the media a little like Jack the Ripper or something. I bet the movie is going to be good because it is directed by David Fincher, the guy who did Se7en and Fight Club and others. Also, I really liked the books. One question I have is how is it going to end? In real life, they never caught the guy, though Greysmith is pretty sure he knows who he was, if you read the second book of his, he makes the case against his favorite suspect. There were some really interesting moments in the book that should make the movie. Once, people saw Zodiac from a window after he had killed a Cab driver. The witnesses called this in and the police were on the scene soon thereafter. According to the book, for some reason the suspect the police were told to look for was black. So Zodiac was walking down a street, a little ways from the crime scene, and a couple of cops pull up to him and ask him if he has seen something like a black criminal in the area. He says yea, he went that way, and the cops take off. After a while the police come to realize that they might have missed the guy and the scour the area he was last seen in but he evades them by ducking through the Presidio... Don't know if it will be in the movie but I'd bet it'd be a great scene and I'd bet Fincher would be the guy to do it.
Also looking forward to Grindhouse by Tarantino and Robert Rodriquez and The Last King of Scotland is out now and it looks good too.
I haven't been to the movies much recently because it has just been too cold to do anything. But now that it's warming up, maybe I will.
